The property feels outdated and lacks basic sound insulation. noises from the street and nearby areas can be disruptive, especially early in the morning. Rooms have old air conditioning units that struggle to maintain a comfortable temperature. Bathroom facilities seem neglected, with issues like broken mirrors and toilets that hardly flush. Housekeeping is notably absent during the stay, so don't expect fresh towels or bins emptied. Breakfast options are limited and lack flavor, leaving much to be desired.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. They helped organize our driver to Sigirya without a hitch, very helpful.

Awesome location and friendly vibes

The staff were so friendly and helped us out when we needed a place late at night. They even pointed us to some cool spots in the city. Loved having in-room breakfast. it was nice and convenient. Just wish the WiFi was better—kept disconnecting a lot!
